What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file or piece of data stored on your device when you visit a site. Latino Shop uses no advertising cookies, no embedded social networks and no third-party analytics tools.

Strictly necessary (no consent needed)

ls-cart (cookie, 90 days): identifies your cart.

ls-session (cookie, 30 days): keeps you signed in to your account.

ls-consent (cookie, 6 months): stores your choice, accept or refuse, about audience measurement.

ls-lang (cookie, 12 months): stores your chosen language.

ls-age18 (browser local storage, until cleared): remembers that you confirmed being 18 or over before adding alcohol.

ls-checkout-details (browser local storage, until cleared): if you tick “Remember my details on this device”, your name, email, phone and delivery address are kept only in your browser to prefill your next order. Nothing is sent to our servers this way; untick the box or use “Clear my details” to delete them.

ls-admin (cookie, 12 hours): Latino Shop staff session in the admin area, never set for customers.

These are essential to the service you request and are exempt from consent under French law.

Audience measurement (with your consent)

If you accept, we record on our own servers pages and products viewed, add-to-cart events and orders, linked to the cart identifier. This is only used to improve the store, never shared, and kept for 13 months maximum.

Third-party services

Payment takes place on Stripe's secure page (stripe.com), which sets its own necessary cookies. Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or Google Maps set nothing until you click them.

Managing your choice

On your first visit, the banner lets you accept or refuse just as easily, or customise. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time with the “Gérer les cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which you are asked again.
