Zones and times

We ship from our Paris 15th arrondissement store to metropolitan France, to a relay point or to your home depending on the carriers offered at checkout (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, UPS, DHL).

The estimated time is shown for each delivery method before payment (usually 2 to 4 business days after dispatch). Where no time is stated, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order.

Rates

Shipping costs depend on the method chosen and are always shown before payment. As a guide: standard shipping €5.90, free on orders from €100.00.

Store pickup (click & collect): free, 13 rue du Hameau, 75015 Paris. ID may be requested when collecting an order containing alcohol.

Some products (fresh, frozen or fragile) are marked “in-store only” and are not shipped.

On delivery

Check the parcel in front of the courier or at the relay point. If it is damaged or incomplete, note it with the carrier and contact us quickly with photos: we will find a solution (reshipment or refund).

Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason. Return costs are borne by you. We refund you within 14 days, including the initial delivery costs (standard rate).

The following cannot be returned: perishable goods or goods that expire rapidly, and food or hygiene products unsealed after delivery. Full conditions and the withdrawal form are in our Terms and conditions of sale.
